6. No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive for your appointment and have not cancelled:

7. Late Arrivals

  • We will accommodate you if possible, but may need to shorten the service
  • Late arrivals of 15+ minutes may be treated as no-shows
  • Full payment is still required even if service time is reduced
